Who is Lauren, the founder of Noosh Kneads?

After nearly 13 years in traditional finance, Lauren pivoted to explore new ventures, but the pandemic led her to rediscover baking, especially challah. Rooted in her Persian Jewish heritage, she values family, hospitality, and bringing loved ones together. What began as a personal joy during quarantine turned into a business when friends started requesting her challah. She experiments with new flavors each week, and through Noosh Charitable Kneads, donates to a different nonprofit each month. Noosh Kneads prides itself on using organic, high-quality ingredients. Like the braids of the challah symbolize, Noosh Kneads embodies tradition, love, peace, and unity, creating meaningful connections through their bread.
