Her children, Asher and Layla, inspire many customizable designs, and her German Shepherd, Bear, has also sparked the creation of jewelry for pet owners. Elisa believes that great jewelry is not only beautiful but also evokes feeling. She designs and creates jewelry in New York City and New Jersey, where she lives with her family.

Lisi Metzger founded L Studio Media, a social media marketing agency in Roslyn, NY. A mom of two boys, she has over 15 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, and content creation. Lisi helps female entrepreneurs gain confidence online through her signature content creation framework. She founded the popular blog The Beauty File, which reached 30k+ monthly readers, and has worked with over 250 business owners and brands, offering strategic content planning, coaching, and social media management. Lisi also consults for larger companies and runs local workshops on Long Island.

Tami and Lauren are twin sisters and co-owners of Side by Side Design, a dual-faceted design firm with a specialty in luxury interiors and event design.
