Please briefly summarize your life's journey, highlighting the significant chapters and pivotal moments.

Personal highs: finding "my person” and now being married to him with our 2 gorgeous girls. Career highs: climbing the ladder at Conde Nast and now running my own constantly growing and evolving company. Personal lows: losing my dad when I was 24, which changed everything.

What motivates you to keep going during difficult times?

To hang onto perspective – be grateful to be alive and healthy.

How have you been able to prioritize your passion, purpose, and well-being alongside motherhood?

It’s all a juggle!!! Priorities change by the hour!

How do you define self-care, and what does it look like for you?

Trying (not necessarily achieving) to make time for myself. Even if it’s a dog walk in the countryside – it’s my time.

Share a moment of MOM GUILT, and what you do to manage it?

Finding out my daughter needed glasses and I had no idea, and apparently this was caused by too much time on the iPad = mum guilt!

Was there a time when you weren't aligned with your purpose or balancing yourself alongside motherhood?

That saying: “expect women to work like they don't have children, and raise children as if they don't work" - it’s a reality. I’m probably my own worst enemy as I want to have it all! I want to be there at the school pick-up every day but I also want to be able to focus on my work without interruptions!

What changes needed to be made in your life to allow you to live a life where you feel fulfilled?

Working out what really matters. Quality over quantity

What's your greatest Mom Hack that you have learned thus far in your motherhood journey?

Happy mum = happy household
